Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other trusted carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Oversized or heavy items may ship via freight carrier — in these cases, we will contact you with a freight quote before shipping.
Service manuals and other digital products are delivered electronically. You will receive a download link via email immediately after purchase. Digital products are not shipped and are not eligible for shipping-related refunds.
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your shipping address and the products you're interested in, and we will provide a shipping quote.
