Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and remote locations may affect delivery times. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other trusted carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Oversized or heavy items may ship via freight carrier — in these cases, we will contact you with a freight quote before shipping.

Digital Products

Service manuals and other digital products are delivered electronically. You will receive a download link via email immediately after purchase. Digital products are not shipped and are not eligible for shipping-related refunds.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your shipping address and the products you're interested in, and we will provide a shipping quote.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import processing.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before discarding any materials
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@trenchwell.com
  3. Include your order number and photos of the damage

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Trenchwell is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs for address errors will be the customer's responsibility.
