Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all parts sold by Trenchwell carry a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.

Some products may carry a manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond our standard 90-day coverage. Manufacturer warranty details, when applicable, are listed on the product page.

What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials — the part fails during normal use due to a manufacturing defect
  • Defects in workmanship — the part was improperly assembled or fabricated
  • Parts that arrive damaged or are dead on arrival (DOA)

What Is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper installation, neglect, misuse, or accident
  • Damage from environmental conditions (flooding, excessive heat, corrosion, etc.)
  • Modifications or alterations to the part after purchase
  • Use of the part in equipment or applications for which it was not designed
  • Consumable items (filters, seals, gaskets, brake pads) that wear out through normal operation
  • Labor costs for installation, removal, or diagnosis
  • Consequential damages, including equipment downtime, loss of use, towing costs, or other indirect costs

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at info@trenchwell.com within the warranty period with:
    • Your order number
    • The part name and SKU
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the defect or failure
  2. Evaluation — our team will review your claim, typically within 2–3 business days. We may request additional information or ask you to return the part for inspection.
  3. Resolution — if your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
    • Send a replacement part at no charge
    • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method
    • Provide a store credit for the value of the part

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Claims submitted after the warranty has expired will not be honored.
  • Parts must be installed by a qualified technician following the equipment manufacturer's specifications. Failure due to improper installation voids the warranty.
  • We reserve the right to request the return of the defective part for inspection before processing a warranty claim.
  • Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the defective part.

Digital Products

Service manuals and other digital products are not covered by this warranty. If you experience an issue with a digital download (corrupted file, incomplete download), please contact us and we will provide a replacement download link.
