A 12V aftermarket replacement motor for compatible Auto Crane hoist applications referencing 262037. The equipment reference identifies the replacement application; this listing is not a claim of genuine Auto Crane manufacture or increased crane capacity.
For 3203, 3203PR and 4004 applications, verify the installed DC-200 winch and the motor reference in your serial-specific equipment manual. A crane model name alone is not sufficient to select the motor. Confirm the 12V supply, reversible operation, grounding arrangement, terminal positions, mounting-hole pattern, shaft dimensions and available clearance.
Grounding matters: the OEM 262037 assembly is specified with an isolated ground. Have the supplied motor configuration checked against the crane wiring before installation. Do not substitute a case-grounded motor where the equipment requires an isolated ground.
The currently listed replacement configuration uses a 3/4-inch keyed shaft and threaded mounting holes. A matching coupling adapter and mounting hardware may need to be transferred from the original assembly; a new coupling adapter is not included. Do not assume that a complete OEM assembly and a bare replacement motor contain the same hardware.
Have a qualified crane service technician compare the supplied part with the removed assembly and confirm the coupling, grounding and mounting arrangement. Stop if the components do not match; do not force a coupling onto the shaft or modify safety-critical parts to obtain a fit.
Follow the equipment service manual for safe isolation, installation and return-to-service checks. A replacement motor does not increase the crane load rating, allowable duty cycle or hoist capacity. Higher line speed, additional torque and continuous-duty operation are not promised.
