203544 Replacement Hub & Rotor Kit for Broce Broom

Replace one front hub and brake rotor with a matched hub, bearing and seal package. This is an aftermarket replacement for Broce 203544, not a genuine Broce-branded assembly. Each kit services one wheel; two matching kits are needed for both front wheels.

Included for One Wheel

• One 12-inch vented, integral hub and rotor with Dacromet finish, installed bearing races and six 1/2-inch wheel studs.
• One inner tapered roller bearing with 1.75-inch bore and one outer bearing with 1.25-inch bore.
• One double-lip grease seal: 2.25-inch inner diameter, 3.376-inch outer diameter.

Wheel bolt pattern: 6 on 5.5 inches. Bearings require lubrication and assembly. Caliper, brake pads, hub cap, spindle nut, lug nuts, brake hoses and grease are not included.

Check Your Axle Before Ordering

Broce lists reference 203544 for 350 Series and MK-1 machines through serial 500238. Check your machine's parts manual and existing axle configuration; a model name alone does not establish fitment.

Match the rotor diameter, bolt pattern, stud size, hub offset, bearing bores and seal seat. This kit's 2.25-inch-ID seal is not for a 2.125-inch seal seat. For a different axle, later serial number or an uncertain bearing/seal size, send your serial number and removed-part measurements for a fitment check before ordering.

Service and Related Parts

Brake and wheel-bearing work should follow the machine service manual and be performed by a qualified technician. Use its specified fastener torque, bearing adjustment, lubricant and inspection procedure. A coating does not eliminate corrosion or maintenance.
